Simple love
Brianna: "I still love you, Dad."
She says this about once a day, for no apparent reason. One could read into this less charitable meanings (she still loves me in spite of my many flaws? she still loves me for the time being but when the ice cream stops, watch out?) but fortunately she is only 3 and blissfully unaware of all the hidden meanings this simple sentence could hold.

She is incredibly sweet! I love it when little kids say awesome things like that. My friend's grandbaby at church said, "The talkers are up there, and we sit down here," and it just melted me. He's just barely talking in sentences and it's so cute!
